The buttons to save changes and other various selections are the same color as the background.

On other sites, it appears as if the button cannot be activated when they have the opaque look to them. The terms to activate the button have not been met when they are practically transparent and they change to full colors when all conditions have been met.

It can cause heavy confusion and make the user think that they can't click the button. They're too hard to see, as well, so they actively have to search for it.

Even just highlighting it in the green color around the edges would make it more noticeable and less likely to be mistaken for an inactive button.
